1. B2B Service Nature

Due to the nature of digital B2B services, all payments are generally non-refundable once the service period has commenced.

We offer a Free Pilot (Essential Tier) for you to fully validate the service before purchase.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in cases of critical service failure or if the service was not accessible for a prolonged period due to our fault.

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the incident.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period.
