Bayesian Deal Review Playbook
A process for reviewing an important active opportunity yourself.
The Bayesian Deal Review Playbook is a process for the team to review an active opportunity by itself. It connects activity records, user-selected signals, silence, Bayesian P(Win), Decision Console judgment, and natural-language evidence analysis into one flow. Request EXA review support only when deeper organization or explanation material is needed.
When Direct Review Is Needed
Use this playbook when the team must review one important active opportunity more accurately before committing more resources.
Founder-led sales
Bring one uncertain deal and see what current evidence says.
CRO / VP Sales
Separate sales optimism from Bayesian evidence before committing resources.
RevOps / Sales Ops
Turn activity records and selected signals into reviewable decision evidence.
Enterprise evaluator
Review permission-scoped evidence and explainable judgment before deeper evaluation.
Review Flow Performed By The Team
A review does not end at the probability number. It ends by deciding which signal must be drawn out at the next customer touchpoint to change P(Win), and by planning the meeting strategy and validation path for that signal.
Ask the current judgment first
Set the baseline from current stage probability, forecast confidence, and team concerns.
Check the deal and stage
Confirm the opportunity, current stage, threshold, and judgment context.
Read activities and selected signals
Read signals confirmed in meetings, calls, emails, and silence as deal evidence. Check whether each signal means budget, decision maker, competition, urgency, or silence risk.
Read Bayesian P(Win)
Review P(Win), change, credible interval, alpha/beta, silence, momentum, and impedance together.
Separate pipeline optimism from evidence
Compare reported probability with the judgment supported by current evidence.
Use Decision Console
Check bottlenecks, decision band, next evidence, and recommendation state.
Explore evidence with Ontology AI
Confirm deals, activities, relationships, calculations, and document evidence in natural language. For a specific deal judgment, include both project code and deal name.
Turn the next meeting signal into strategy
Decide the target signal to confirm at the next customer touchpoint. Plan questions, materials, attendees, and follow-up conditions around signals that move P(Win), such as budget confirmation, decision-maker participation, competition, timeline pressure, or champion validation.
Record the result
Record the follow-up result in Activity War Room or Mobile and observe the next Bayesian movement.
Direct Review Outputs
The output is not a promise that the deal will close. It is a judgment brief the team can use in actual sales work.
Deal Judgment Brief
Stage, P(Win), confidence, silence, impedance, and key changes.
Evidence Map
Activities, selected signals, customer relationships, documents, and Bayesian snapshots.
Next Signal Strategy
Target signals, questions, materials, and decision conditions for the next customer touchpoint.
Ontology AI Evidence Checks
Follow-up evidence and verification items the team can revisit after the review.
Grounded In Product Workflow And Official Documents
This review is based on operating screens, public manuals, Bayesian theory, and server-prepared evidence paths. It is not a generic AI chat session.
Activity War Room
Operational flow for activities, signals, and Bayesian updates.
Open Manual
Decision Console
Bottlenecks, AI analysis, recommendation adoption, and follow-up tracking.
Open Manual
Ontology AI
Natural-language evidence analysis that uses real work data and document evidence inside the permission scope.
Natural-Language Analysis Manual
Silence Penalty
Explains why no news in a long sales cycle is not always neutral.

When To Request EXA Review Support
The playbook is public so teams can review deals themselves. When initial evaluation, product validation, internal champion explanation, or complex deal judgment organization is needed, EXA can support the same review procedure with you.
Initial Product Evaluation Support
Use one active opportunity to see what judgment flow ExaWin+ provides.
Internal Champion Explanation Support
Organize sales optimism, Bayesian P(Win), Decision Console judgment, and evidence graph into an internal explanation flow.
Complex Deal Judgment Organization
In deals with multiple stakeholders, long silence, or conflicting signals, organize which evidence should be checked next.
Pre-Adoption Workshop
Review how stage, signal, and activity recording affect review quality with the operating team.
Review it yourself first, then work with us if needed.
Start from one important active opportunity. Apply the process inside your team, and request EXA review support if you need deeper judgment organization or customer/internal explanation material.
